| I'm trying to run an Eprime task on the scratch drive on Mach at the 3t, and am getting this error message "Estudio requires an administrator or power user to open e studio once to register its component type library files. The current user privileges prohibit this action." Any suggestions? |

| We have a scan this morning at 9:00 that requires the use of e-prime as well. Has this problem been addressed? We had a similar issue with e-prime in our lab when we upgraded to 2.0. Our IT person had to give administrative privileges to all e-prime users and then have us log-on and start e-prime as an administrator. He was then able to remove admin privileges and it worked fine. |

Folks,
Instead of double-clicking on .ES files to launch E-Studio (1.1), you can double-click the .EBS file to launch E-Run (1.1) which will run your experiment. You may also launch E-Run directly and then load your .EBS file into it.
There is an issue with the E-Prime 1.1 hardware key (aka dongle) and the new E-Prime 2.0 hardware key driver. We are looking into solutions. The only current limitation is that you cannot edit your experiment in E-Studio 1.1.

Is it possible to have both the dongle for eprime 1.1 and the dongle for eprime 2.0 Plugged in at the same time?
I can bring the dongle for e-prime 1.1 to the 3T. Even if it can't be plugged in simultaneously, it would be available for users.
