Why isn't node6 taking jobs? And why are all the other nodes only working at 75% capacity?

Node6 was being patched over the weekend, so I took it down. I'll test it to make sure everything works, and then it'll be back up. Nodes 3, 5, 7, 8 and 9 will all be operational to the users queue while node 6 is down.
I still need to patch nodes 3, 7 and 9, so at some point, one of those three will be down as well. If there are a lot of jobs that need to be run, let me know and I can turn on node 4 for the users queue.
