Hi.
I get the following error running a 3rd level feat script on cluster, after all inputs (2nd level cope images) have been successfully found and template correctly created:

Any ideas on what this error is referencing?

I think I have seen that error before, but I don't remember a specific cause - which likely means it is the result of a path error.

Are you sure that the paths in the created .fsf file are correct for the 2nd level results you are inputting? I'd open it up and double-check them... alternatively, is it possible that one of the 2nd level jobs you re inputting didn't finish completely?

If it is neither of those, and you are still dealing with this, can you move the created 3rd level folder to somewhere I can access it? I might be able to find something else...
