The new printers aren't working. Neither printer show an error message on the display screen. I tried deleting my jobs to start over, and the job-deleting process is hung up. Turning the printers off and on, which worked for someone else earlier today, does not help now.

It appears that Young is not working again. Turning on and off did not work.

It is working fine now. Someone unhelpfully changed the IP address using the front panel.
