When I try to run prestats on one of my runs in FSL I get a repeated error of WARNING::in calculating COG, total = 0.0

On the FSL website forums they say: "The COG total=0 warning occurs when the images are empty - that is, all zeros."

However, when I load my nifti .hdr file for this run I have an image that looks no different from the image generated in a different run from the same subject that the prestats completed without error on.

Does anyone have any insight into what may be going on?
