You can change your DHE password by pressing Ctrl-Alt-Delete when you are logged into a BIAC computer. See also the BIAC Wiki page on passwords.
Please be aware that when you change your DHE password, you may have to update other programs which have stored your old password. Examples include mapped network drives on Windows, smbmount on Linux, email clients, and web browsers. If you try to use these programs or access network resources without updating the stored password, your account may be locked out. Accounts will be locked out if the wrong (old) password is tried too many times within a short time interval. Note that some programs may try to send the password multiple times.
In general, you will want to logout of all Windows computers except the one where you plan to change your password. Then you can use your new password to login to other workstations as needed.
If you use mapped network drives on Windows, and you have told Windows to store an alternate username and password for any connections, you should unmap those drives before changing your password. Similarly, if you use smbmount on Linux to connect to BIAC file servers, you should unmount those connections before changing your Windows password. After your password has been changed, you can re-establish those connections using your new password.
If you read email from home (or outside BIAC) using Outlook Express, Outlook, or another email client, you may have configured it to store your password. You will need to update it to the new password. Don't forget to update your laptops as well.
If you have an iPhone, Blackberry, Palm, or other mobile device that connects to your email account, it most likely has a password stored that you will need to update.
If you connect to the BIAC scanner calendar from outside BIAC, you may have configured your web browser to store your password. This will need to be updated to the new password.
