I am making a mask for PEATE. I made the mask in bxh format using writemr in matlab; however, PEATE does not support this format. Is there a way to create an hdr file (or a .nii.gz) from my bxh?

bxh2analyze -s -v --niftihdr NAMEOF.bxh OUTNAME

this will write a img/hdr with a nifti-type header
