There has been a report that the "OK" and "Cancel" buttons disappear from the readmr GUI, preventing you from ultimately reading files you have chosen from the GUI. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, when did you first notice it? What version of MATLAB, what operating system? Thanks.

I can use the command readmr from command window or with the GUI calling the version of MATLAB at \\Gall\Programs\matlab\biac. But get weird error messages when I try to use overlay2 or showsrs2:

??? Error using ==> overlay2
over1 or over1.data must be a numeric array with 3 or fewer dimensions!

??? Error using ==> showsrs2
Error using ==> showsrs2>local_parseInputs
Argument 2 must be an overlaySrs or baseCfg structure!

By "weird", I mean I'm using the same script I always use, and have never gotten these error messages before.

I would suggest trying earlier versions of the tools in:

\\gall\programs\MATLAB\BIAC_matlab_20070223_ver3.1.0
\\gall\programs\MATLAB\BIAC_matlab_20070223_ver3.1.1
\\gall\programs\MATLAB\BIAC_matlab_20070713_ver3.1.2
\\gall\programs\MATLAB\BIAC_matlab_20070723_ver3.1.3
\\gall\programs\MATLAB\BIAC_matlab_20070731_ver3.1.4

To see if any of them exhibit the same problems. You can use those versions easily by creating a shortcut to MATLAB, and changing the shortcut's Properties to "Start in" one of the above directories.
