The BXH functional directory headers have information for:

<datapoints label="acquisitiontimeindex">1 18 2 19 3 20 4 21 5 22 6 23 7 24 8 25 9 26 10 27 11 28 12 29 13 30 14 31 15 32 16 33 17 34</datapoints>

<sliceorder>1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15,17,19,21,23,25,27,29,31,33,2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18,20,22,24,26,28,30,32,34</sliceorder>

Does anyone know which is the proper set to use for SPM slice-time correction?

Not that familiar with spm but it's more than likely the <sliceorder> field will be the appropriate one. The two fields are essentially functions mapping slice indices in volume order to acquisition order, or vice-versa.
