Folks,

If you make a mistake and schedule a study for the wrong time or day, here is what you can do. There is a two-hour grace period during which you may simply delete the study. This entirely removes it from the calendar. Once this two-hour period has passed, you can still delete the study as long as it starts more than 48 hours in the future.

Studies less than 48 hours in the future are in the Red Zone. Once the study is in the Red Zone, your only option is to Cancel the study. (Canceled studies are shown in red on the calendar.) You should select Other_Problem for the Problem and put in "Scheduling mistake" for Problem Details.

As a reminder, you can treat any canceled (red) studies on the calendar as free time and schedule another study to use some or all that time. Just click on the time slot you want to use.
