How is space allocated for studies? Both ExecInfo.09 and Reward.01 are on \\Katz\Data, but I am able to run full FSL analyses for Reward.01 exams with no problems, and when I try to run the same analysis for exams in Exec.09, I get the following error message:

Error: FILM did not complete - it probably ran out of memory

Both studies have the same number of slices, Reward.01 is 4 runs of about 9 minutes each, while Execinfo.09 is up to 6 runs of about 6 mintues each. The preprocessing steps have been set up the same for both studies.

Thanks,

Dharol

The error message says it may have run out of memory. Memory is completely independent of disk space. That said, it's possible that it did run out of disk space -- FSL only knows that FILM did not complete, it doesn't know exactly why. Look at the report.log -- when it runs film, does it give any errors there? Can you run the same "film" command (as shown in the report.log) yourself manually and see if it fails in the same manner?
