Hi,
I'm using an ROI script that's been used successfully before, but gives me an error message when trying to read scan numbers in from an updated text file:

dataPath =
\\HODGKIN\Data\UNCConte\Conte.05\Analysis\eventstat\
[red]??? Undefined command/function 'subread'.

Error in ==> ROI_count_access_sna at 21
studies = subread('Controls.txt');

I don't know who wrote the script, but is there something obvious that jumps out to anyone about the 'subread' command?

Carissa,
Subread is a local lab function, so you'll need to add the correct path from the lab folder to your path.
I'll email you the path.
Josh
