Everytime I try to update my database on Golgi for BIAC studies I get the following error:

could not change to experiment directory at /usr/local/bin/bputil line 498,<STDIN> line 6.

When someone else updates, I can do all the other things in bputil. What do I need to do to get it to change to this directory?

One of the RAs is having a similar problem updating the database for the BIRN.20 experiment, but after "cifslogin nernst" has already been successfully completed. Any thoughts?

For one of my subjects i have 3 runs in my experimental folder on Katz, but when I try to run bputil on it, it only shows one run, even after I update my data base. How can I get the other runs to show up?

Hi Dharol,

You need to have the storage servers mounted from Golgi before trying to update the database.

See this post for information on how to do that.
