Jimmy,
We are getting this error when we try to select runs/functionals:

Use of uninitialized value in printf at /usr/local/bin/bputil line 668, <STDIN> line 82.
ERROR! not found!
Update database with new location.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Jacki

Hi Jacki,

The error is saying that the location of the data is not the same as when you ran the updatedb option. Have you moved the data or maybe renamed the directory after you ran that updatedb command?
