I keep getting errors when running the BPUTIL. The most recent error says the following:

ERROR making directory: /data/users/morris/bputil/20050826_30663_1125152388/series003
Exiting subroutine via last at /usr/opt/perl5/lib/site_perl/5.8.0/BIAC_Common.pm line 439, <STDIN> line 6.
mkdir /data/users/morris/bputil/20050826_30663_1125152388/series003

Anybody else having difficulties?

I'm getting this error:

creating temporary directory /data/users/carter/bputil/20050926_30909_1127832708
mkdir /data/users/carter/bputil/20050926_30909_1127832708
ERROR making local directory /data/users/carter/bputil/20050926_30909_1127832708

Is this the same problem?

Hey Jamie,

Its because the /data disk is full. I'm cleaning up people's accounts who are no longer here, which should free up more than enough space to run your jobs.

These are the accounts I'm removing:

aitken
abhijit
mack
nebel
procdata
vandille
warner

If your name is on the list and you still want Golgi access, email me a reason why.

Cheers,
Jimmy
