I am unable to load in my experiment in bputil. I have updated my database and this did not help.

The error I am getting is:

ERROR! user selected invalid experiment id:

Any Suggestions??

Database updated with the new experiments.

Some of you were wondering why I use a different "database" instead of the one on Huxley.

Quick answer: To allow processing of non-active experiments. The database contains experiment information and locations for all experiments that ever existed (ok, really just since I started using a database ~ 1.5 yrs ago?) so that if anyone wanted to preprocess data from older experiments, bputil can know where to start looking...

Happy processing,
Jimmy

Hey all,

Originally, the database bputil uses was supposed to be synchronized with Francis' experiments.txt file on a regular basis, but that hasn't been happening for sometime now and I've been adding experiments manually. As a result, some of the latest experiments are not recognized as valid experiment. I'll fix whatever is wrong with the database/experiments.txt synchronization and post here when the DB has been updated. Should be no later than tonight.

Is this the first time you have run a subject or used BPUTIL with this protocol? If so, Jimmy will need to add the experiment to the list

is your experiment ID the standard convention -- ie yearmonthday_scan# ... it will only work if this is retained
