Hello all,

Some untested extensions to bxh_eventstats were accidentally installed on golgi on Monday morning. Anyone who has run bxh_eventstats this week (morning of July 25 - morning of July 27) may have incorrect results in the _std images and any t-tests comparing two queries.

To tell if you are affected, look for output files whose names end in _avg_percbase.bxh or _avg_percbase.img. If you see these files, it is highly recommended to remove those results and re-run bxh_eventstats. Again, this should only affect those who ran bxh_eventstats early this week.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

The above-mentioned extensions have now been tested. bxh_eventstats will now write out averages and standard deviations scaled as a percentage of the mean image, in addition to the original the absolute difference from baseline. The scaled images are stored with the suffix _percent. Please contact me with any questions.
