SPM Users,

The Wellcome Department of Imaging Neuroscience is currently beta testing their new version of SPM (SPM2). This beta version is currently installed at BIAC in \\Broca\Programs\MATLAB\spm2b\.

To use the new version type the following at the MATLAB prompt:
rmpath p:\MATLAB\spm99 % Remove SPM99
addpath p:\MATLAB\spm2b % Add SPM2b

Use this version with caution since it is still in beta testing worldwide.

SPM Users,

SPM2b has been removed from the BIAC systems. If you still need to use this version, people contact Francis.

The full release SPM2 (rather than the beta release SPM2b) is installed at \\Gall\Programs\MATLAB\spm2\. See forum topic http://www.biac.duke.edu/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=223.

SPM Users,

The spm2b installation at BIAC has been updated with the latest patches from ftp://ftp.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/spm/spm2_updates/

Details of the changes can be found in:

\\Gall\Programs\MATLAB\spm2b\README Updates 2003-06-12.txt
\\Gall\Programs\MATLAB\spm2b\README Updates log.txt

SPM2 has now been released (http://www.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/spm/spm2.html) and installed at BIAC (http://www.biac.duke.edu/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=223) so anyone using SPM2b (the beta version) may want to consider switching to using SPM2.

I am assuming that no other patches will be released for spm2b since the beta testing is over now.

Enjoy,
Chuck
