Wake Forest has an interesting looking package called PickAtlas. It
provides an automated method for generating ROI masks based on the
Talairach Daemon database. The atlases include Brodmann area, Lobar,
Hemisphere, Anatomic Label and Tissue Type. The toolbox is available at www.fmri.wfubmc.edu under the software downloads link. It is compatible with SPM, so I'm not sure how many people would use it but would it be possible to download it to Gall please?
Thanks,
Melissa
