We are working on a general implementation of the Automatic Image Registration (AIR) program that will be added to the developing image preprocessing 'pipeline' for the P670. It would be helpful to know who at Duke or UNC has experience using AIR - either in its rigid body rotation or elastic warping modes. Please let us know so we can get your input.
