Hi, I was wondering that does anyone have experience to deal with the realignment and coregistration of functional images that include only partial brains (e.g. few slices around calcarine fissure)? Is there any technical issues that should be cautious when doing this kind of realignment and coregistration? Can we use SPM to do that or is there any program that is easier to do it? Thanks a lot~
