I just wanted to make everyone aware of a tool I created for filtering a t-map to only show activations of a given cluster size. This would let you create a t-map that only shows activation where the extent is at least X voxels.

The script is named clusterFilter and is available at: \\Gall\Programs\User_Scripts\mack\clusterFilter.m. The full help is available by typing help clusterFilter in its directory.

Enjoy,
Beau
