Hiya,

Any possibility of setting up this toolbox on the cluster? It requires some libraries not currently installed, and an implementation I'm not familiar with.

http://princetonuniversity.github.io/fcma-toolbox/cluster/

I have a running bet with Dave that voxel-to-voxel connectivity matrices can outperform and ICA on dynamic classifier analyses. Can connect with the programmers at Princeton if that helps.
thanks,
S
