Posted - Apr 17 2012 : 5:00:02 PM If you use the automatic qa generated by the processing pipeline you will notice some nice changes as of today.
We've changed the pipeline to produce the full version of the QA as runs are coming through, rather than a simplified version with the full version run in the middle of the night. Run-by-run stats are generated and sent to the web-server as the run is being reconstructed.
In order to do this there were drastic changes to the QA pages to allow for javascript to concatenate/plot/scale everything.
An example can be seen here: http://shadow.biac.duke.edu/qa/20120417_15063/ |

Posted - Jul 18 2012 : 11:59:50 AM yes, its because of older version of IE and its interaction with the "canvas". You definitely want the script to keep running, or else things will stop loading.
Every other browser besides IE loads fine ... so if it keeps crashing, you'll need to use something else. |

Posted - Jul 18 2012 : 10:23:04 AM I am having an issue viewing the full Interactive QA (from the links in Trouble Ticket). It loads about half and then I get a message asking if I want to stop running the script because a script on the page is causing IE to run too slow. If I click "yes" to stop running, only the graphs are displayed and none of the bottom mean SD plots or anything show up. If I click "no" to keep running the script, IE stops responding and shuts down.
I can open the example QA link in the message above, but all of our FearPTSD QAs have this issue for me. |
