Dear Users,

We assembled a web interface that will let you query our database records that are associated with the scans that have come through our pipeline over the last 5ish years. In these records are various bits of data that you may find useful ( QA, non-PHI subject info, dimensions, sequences, etc ). You can build an SQL query through our gui, then load/save/export the results for your own use. For example, you can grab all the QA numbers from all your scans for an experiment, or grab all exams numbers of a specific type who've had a DTI with a certain set of dimensions, etc.

Currently you will only be allowed to query your own data. However, we have plans to allow searches of more general information to other users to better support collaborations and potential data sharing ( like which experimenters are running HiRes dti/functional scans, or maybe who's testing a specific population ). In those instances we would only share the experiment name, PI, description ... no actual information from the scans.

Also, we have plans for editable fields to allow you to update/add certain information.

The page can be viewed through the ExamTracker, under Tools -> Search BIAC Database:
http://shadow.biac.duke.edu/biacweb/tools/db_query.php

Some data goes back 5 years, however other data is more recent. Also, these data are updated/inserted as data flows through our pipeline coming from the scanner.

Please let us know if you have questions/ideas/comments/etc.

Thanks,
-Chris
