Hi, I've been receiving the following message when I run SPM8 from ~/experiments/ATD.02/Scripts directory:

">> >> Duplicate application tag in applications 'SPM' and 'SPM'.
Duplicate application tag in applications 'BasicIO' and 'BasicIO'."

The only noticeable change in the operation of SPM8 is the disappearance of the "BasicIO" menu in the batch utility. The message does not appear when I run SPM8 from /usr/packages/etc. I was wondering if anyone knew why this message occurred. Thanks.
