Has anyone had problems with 2-group 3rd-level analyses hanging with FSL 4.0.2?. We're rerunning analysis that worked with version 4.0, and although we continue not to get any error messages, the processes don't complete.

Thanks for any help.

Just to follow-up, we clearly have FSL 4.0.2 3rd-level analyses that do not complete, and rerunning them with no changes to the data or design file completes without errors. This probably occurs in ~25% of our models, so is proving to be quite time-consuming. Has anyone else run into this?
