BIAC MATLAB Users,

New data reading and writing functions (readmrtest and writemrtest) are being developed to support reading data using BXH and other headers. A new version of qastats2 (qastats2test) has been developed to use these new routines. qastats2test can automatically read the data parameters (matrix size, format, etc) from the BXH header files. The function also handles out-of-memory problems more gracefully by changing into a mode that uses less memory if the data set is too big to process a whole run at a time.

The functions readmrtest, writemrtest, qastats2test and other associated functions are available for testing in the alpha directory.

Please note that all of this software is under active development, so please use it with extreme caution!

Enjoy,
Chuck
