Posted - Mar 01 2012 : 2:30:36 PM Hi, I am running step 2 of the FSLVBM analysis and the job is taking longer than usual to run. I checked on the output file and found these errors:
Running segmentation: ID=MeaNsK variance nan MeaNsK variance nan MeaNsK variance nan MeaNsK variance nan MeaNsK variance nan MeaNsK variance nan MeaNsK variance nan
and after some patients:WARNING::in calculating COG, total = 0.0
What do these errors mean?

Posted - Mar 01 2012 : 2:32:06 PM NaN means "not a number" ... i would suspect that some of the input data is bad |
