Posted - Jan 20 2010 : 11:32:38 AM I have had some problems with opening my feat set-up files. Has anyone have a similar problem?
After modifying my feat set-up files, i renamed its directory in my feat scripts. These scripts and feat-set-up files worked very well before. First a few runs were created and then it stopped. It did not create a log file so i could not know what its error was. I tried to rerun and this time it did not do anything-not even creating a directory. I decided to close everything and relogged into the cluster. I tried to open my feat set-up files. It says FEAT SET-UP FILE IS TOO OLD--SORRY. A few minutes ago I was able to load it now i cannot. It is weird!!
Any sugestion? i have to finish my analysis today.
Thanks.

Posted - Jan 20 2010 : 2:35:31 PM These are new versions. The rest feat set-up files are working, except one I recently tried to modify. I found out Fatt was full. it was not saved properly.
Thank you.

Posted - Jan 20 2010 : 11:59:32 AM did you happen to set-up the files with the older version of FSL (which is default), then try to open them with the new one?
check the first line of the FSF file ... that gives the feat version number.
you can use the new version by running: export FSLDIR=/usr/local/fsl-4.1.4-centos4_64 . $FSLDIR/etc/fslconf/fsl.sh $FSLDIR/bin/Feat
check to see if that version will open the fsf and that the version numbers match. |
