FEAT jobs can get stalled on the cluster due to incorrect paths or if the number of time points don't match. There is a script (along with documentation on how to use it) located in Gall\Programs\User_Scripts\huettel\cluster_scripts called run_job.py. This script will check to make sure everything in the FEAT job is correct. If it is, it will run FEAT, if not the user will get an email saying why FEAT did not run. There is also a job submission script in there that runs as a daemon so you can log off of SSH while the script is still running.

Thanks Justin!

I have also put the script on the head node under /usr/local/sge_templates/run_job.py. Please note you'll need to change the email address in the 4th line of the script.
