Hi,

Node 6 doesn't seem to be accepting jobs. Is anyone else having this problem?

Job 31199 (mask_maker.sh) Complete
User = smith
Queue = users.q@node6.biac.duke.edu
Host = node6.biac.duke.edu
Start Time = 01/04/2008 10:33:20
End Time = 01/04/2008 10:33:20
User Time = 00:00:00
System Time = 00:00:00
Wallclock Time = 00:00:00
CPU = NA
Max vmem = NA
Exit Status = 1

Running sh -n scriptname.sh reveals no errors in my script.

Thanks,
David

Node6 should be fixed now. I updated freesurfer late yesterday afternoon but didn't reset a symbolic link, which was causing scripts not to work.

Please let me know if you get any errors,
Josh
