Posted - Mar 21 2007 : 07:56:32 AM Hi,
On Monday (3/19) evening around 6:15, there was a brief outage on the goldman server (specifically: \\goldman.biac.duke.edu\Data\Biac\SocReward.01). I was running two people on a behavioral experiment that was writing data to that drive. The experiment program crashed when it could no longer access the file it was writing. When I tried to open my directory, I got an error saying it was unavailable. It returned to normal soon after and I haven't had any problems since.
Any ideas why goldman went out in the first place?
Thanks, David |

Posted - Jun 09 2007 : 2:33:57 PM Goldman seems to be down again today, Saturday around 1:30pm. I am not sure what caused the error and whether it is going to be fixed during the weekend? |

Posted - Mar 21 2007 : 6:06:03 PM It seems there was a network error that caused Goldman to crash. First time we've seen that.
