This message is to document that email appears to be down on the morning of 4/6/05 ~11am. Of the people I have surveyed, no one has received email from a source outside of BIAC for at least the past hour or so (including test messages sent by our non-BIAC accounts).

Outlook does not load, either. The error message reads, in part, "The Microsoft Exchange Server computer is not available."

It seems this morning that I can't read my mail using SMTP. I don't know if it works using Exchange directly. Sending mail using SMTP through mail.biac.duke.edu is also not working (though it worked last night).
