The network switches in the rack where Munin is had a failure. DHTS fixed the issue around 6:30 PM. I don't have the exact details, but I think connectivity was irregular between 3:45 PM and 6:30 PM.

I can remotely connect it, but the screen is empty. i cannot download my files to work on my grant either. I am the luckiest one in the world!!! I am still smiling..:)

I think it is completely down!!! the other servers are working.. I can download anything from them, but i cannot access them since my profile is not working...

Thank you for you note and support, David. It is nice to know that somebody read my post. Thanks again.

I can't access it at all. The connection has been a bit odd lately. E.g, earlier this week when attempting to access it from my laptop in Scott's lab, I had to be on the VPN to connect. Normally, I can access it without any issues from Scott's lab. I believe John was having a similar issue, but it randomly returned to "normal" later in the week.

Thanks,
David
