Is BIAC IMAP (i.e. remote and non-Outlook email) access down? I can connect to port 993 on email.biac.duke.edu but my mail program can't establish an IMAP connection.

I am likewise unable to access email through IMAP. I can see that email has been forwarded, but I cannot access it remotely.
