How do I determine which one to use when running bputil-QA on Golgi?
Thanks :)

Generally multiple .bxh files of the form XXX-1.bxh, XXX-2.bxh etc. are generated if your input DICOM data differs in orientation or other parameters. These differences are used to indicate the need for separate volumes. You usually see these in scout scans where you might run a few slices in three different orientations -- each of these will be put in separate .bxh files. In this case, you probably don't need to run QA on that run. If this is not a scout scan, and you believe all three need to be in the same data set, check to see what the differences are between the three files and report back -- the diff utility on golgi may help:
diff file1 file2
