One way to do it is to use analyze2bxh and then "bxh2analyze --niftihdr" but the NIFTI-1 header and the Analyze header are so similar that you likely wouldn't see any change. Any program that reads NIFTI-1 is likely to read Analyze 7.5-format (i.e. .hdr and .img) files.
