The BXH tools installed on golgi (in /usr/local/packages/xmlheader and linked into /usr/local/bin) and on BIAC Windows machines (in \\gall\programs\BXH\bin) have been updated to the latest release, version 1.7.0.
Updates include:
  • Many updates to the bxh_eventstats suite, including support for a new query language
  • pfile2bxh and bxhabsorb has preliminary support for next-generation P-files, as would be generated on the new 3T. This will be tested thoroughly once the new scanner is installed.
  • A new program bxhsetorient, to force the setting of the orientation label in a BXH file.
  • The QA programs (fmriqa_*) now use underscores in the names of values rather than dashes in the output XML event files.
  • QA can now be run on data whose X and Y dimensions are not the same size (e.g. data normalized to a 45x54x39 template brain)
  • Programs to generate XML event files from E-Prime and Cigal output files.
  • Many bug fixes.
If there are any problems with the new release, please contact me.
