I have had an extremely intermittent and confusing problem when trying to use readmr while running matlab on Golgi. Very infrequently, the analysis program I'm running crashes with the following error:

??? Error using ==> readmr
Error using ==> readbxhhdr
Loaded XML Header file /tmp/tp314961 does not exist!

The crash is not consistent--I could run it again and it would not crash at all, or it would crash with a similar error in a different place. No such crashes occur when I run matlab from a lab computer, only when it runs on Golgi. Does anyone know what this error means?

My best guess so far is that the /tmp directory was full, though it doesn't seem to be the case right now. I will investigate this further.
