For some of you who use Jimmy's bputil to preprocess data, please remind that it does not generate hdr files. This means that you have to make hdr files by yourself if you try to read the normalized data through SPM. An example of the command to add hdr files through golgi is : bxh2analyze -i -s -spmhdr sncrarun004_01.bxh snraV .

Jimmy is working on bputil to add the hdr files so you won't need add hdr by yourself later.
