Anyone can tell me how can I transfer *.nii file to *.hdr and *.img files.

if there is no bxh, you can create one first with analyze2bxh file.nii output.bxh

if there is an associated bxh header, then

bxh2analyze -s --niihdr name.bxh OUTPUT
