Posted - Aug 10 2010 : 11:08:28 AM It depends. If you are talking about the command-line tools, go to:
http://www.nitrc.org/frs/?group_id=200
and use the latest file containing the string 'darwin980' for MacOS 10.5.8 (Leopard) or 'darwin1030' for MacOS 10.6 (Snow Leopard).
If you are talking about the MATLAB tools, contact me -- we have some fixes that haven't been officially released but should make it easier to compile the necessary .mex files.
