Hi,

I'm looking at the automatically generated QA for the first time, and I think that there might be a mislabel.

We have three functional runs:

a resting bold (labeled as run004_02 - has 128 timepoints)
a FACES matching task (labeled as run004_03 - has 196 timepoints)
a guessing game (labeled as run004_04 - has 172 timepoints)

I can tell the tasks about by the number of images in each of these folders, the number of timepoints, of course.

The graphs in QA seem to display the correct run names with the correct sequence, however when I click on "Show Data" at the bottom,

our run004_2 (which should be the resting bold with 128 images) is shown to have 196 timepoints (the faces task)

our run004_3 (which should be the faces task with 196 images) is shown to have 172, (the cards task)

lastly, our run004_4 (which should be the cards task with 172 images) is shown to have 128, (the resting bold)

So it appears that the list is from greatest to least images, however the labels are in increasing order.

Did anyone else catch this? I might be misreading something? I just want to make absolutely sure that I am reading this output correctly!

Best,

Vanessa

Yes, I can verify this... the runs are now labeled correctly. Thanks Syam!

Just a note that the fixed version of the QA seems to have been installed on the processing daemon computers. The "Show Data" button should now show the numbers in the proper columns.

Thanks Syam!

I have confirmed this. For now, until the fix is released, you can look at the "tab-separated" file, which should have the correct column layout (but it's not colored).

My strong suspicion is that that if some runs have fewer timepoints than other runs, they should have empty cells for the later timepoints, but these aren't getting populated, so data from later runs (in the later timepoints) are getting pushed left. I'm taking a look at this. Thanks for alerting us to the problem! (the data table doesn't get used much I guess)
