Posted - Jun 18 2007 : 10:29:49 AM I have two folders on Goldman that I can't seem to be able to delete, either from unix or from windows. It could have been the case that these folders were terminated abruptly due to FSL crashes. I get
"rm: 46768_run01_model2_output.feat/: The file access permissions do not allow the specified action."
I checked the permissions and it seems fine. Any help? I cant delete it from Windows explorer either. Says folder cannot be accessed. |

Posted - Jun 18 2007 : 3:31:18 PM The power loss and subsequent Goldman restart fixed my problem :). I managed to delete the folders. |

Posted - Jun 18 2007 : 12:39:52 PM I cant find any stopped or hung processes. I tried to do "ps -ef | grep vinod" to check for those on golgi. I have already logged out of golgi fully and logged in again. And the problem still remains. Any other suggestions on what I can do to delete the folder? There are two folders actually:
\\Goldman\BIAC\Data\Riskalloc.01\Analysis\FSL\46768\run01\46768_run01_model2_output.feat \\Goldman\BIAC\Data\Riskalloc.01\Analysis\FSL\46777\run01\46777_run01_model1_output.feat |
