Looks like the machine on the left in the mock scanner needs a new CODEC for the Windows Media Player, since video in some AVI files played on it do not show up. This problem will be fixed by someone with administrator privileges. The machine on the right in the mock scanner had been playing these files fine, so the software is upto date on that.
