Hi,

My lab and I brought some E-prime files over to the new 4T, and were using the computer on the left. I don't know anything about E-prime, but I remember that the symbol used to trigger the scanner was as follows:

{^}

so when we hit spacebar to start the task and then using Control-6 (the "^" to trigger it), that worked fine. When we tested it with the scanner, it sat at the prompt screen and there was no trigger.

I'm guessing that this is a pretty simple question to answer - the correct way to trigger the scanner from e-prime?

Many thanks for your help!

Best,

Vanessa
