The past couple of times we have used the EyeTracker, there has been a bright horizontal line that runs vertically down the eye camera window during the functional scans (it stops in between runs) and seems to interfere with the yellow pupil circle. Has anyone else experienced this problem or know how to prevent it?
Also, are there any programs (such as through Matlab) that can transform the output data (x and y eye positions) into something we can more easily interpret and analyze?

I've never seen the vertical line you describe but have seen scanner interference in the camera image. I suspect that the location of the camera power supply and cables near the magnet is an important factor so if you see interference I would try moving the cables further away and see if that helps.
I might be able to help with reformatting your eye-position data, but not through Matlab. Come by and discuss if you're interedted.
