Hi All,
I know some people have been having trouble with the buttonbox and I have in the past...One way to rule out certain problems is to do a buttonbox test through the Windows control panel. Open the control panel and choose game controllers. Click on the controller you're using and hit properties. The buttons will appear and you can ask the subject to hit the buttons one at a time and if the computer is acknowledging it, they light up on screen. Hope this helps with some issues.
Thanks,
Lily
