During my scan yesterday button #1 on the button box at the 4T was sticking - it was still doing it a little bit when we tested the box later that day. This morning I had another scan on the 4T and probably lost about 10 trials across all runson account of the button, so it's not THAT bad, but somebody who knows more than I do might want to check it out.

our lab has had similar (& long standing) problems with that button box - sometimes warning people that they will have to "giggle" it free if they feel it sticking helps (you may not lose so many trials that way)...

if the subject presses that buttons too hard, sometimes the edge of the button actually gets caught in the joystick housing. you may want to warn them of that.

I think it was yellow.

I tested both the buttons boxes and they are both working fine. Which button box did you have problems with (yellow or white buttons) ?
